Sore Feet

Affirmations I will finish my first triathalon D's will not change who I am or what I am about I will train for swimming always focusing on form form form form form I vow to be of deep and fundamental service I vow to manifest goodness I vow to nourish real human connections in my life Transforming Karma I swim bike and run for the dharma Sleep 6 hours Too little I felt great when I got 7 - 8 hours of sleep this weekend Health: Scratchy throat probably from the studio don't think I'm getting sick My feet and legs hurt a bit today. I did my most running in my barefoot shoes yesterday. I felt fine during but can tell some after effects. Nothing too bad but something for me to keep an eye on. I ran a mile at a sub 6min pace yesterday as part of a brick run. I'm wondering how long I can maintain that pace. 3miles??? Thinking about doing a 5k to test it out. I was tired but I bet I could have gone further. Esp with fresh legs. Looking forward to a swim workout today esp focusing on form. I vow not to swim sloppy. pretty like a poppy I won't swim sloppy I need to work longer bike rides into my workout routine again. Need to be doing rides of 60min + Excercise: Swimming
