Sleep: 6:37 Mins 54% Deep Sleep Felt well rested this morning. I still need to try and go to bed earlier. I probably should switch from TV to reading before bed.

Health: Same scratchy throat this morning but it wasn't as bad. It must be something about where I'm sleeping I can't wait to move into the house. Hopefully we can paint sometime this week and I can move in next weekend. My legs feel a bit sore today from the run yesterday, but not too bad.
Exercise:Since I last posted I did a fair amount of swimming and did the NW adventure run. Made good time during the run and I think I'd like to try doing a shorter faster run at least one day a week. I feel like I'm getting a lot out of the drilling in swimming, but I'm not sure how helpful the workout part of it is. The total immersion book is pretty clear about not doing workouts and I'm wondering if I should just focus on drilling for the time being. It's hard to say. My sprint tri is about a month away. so I don't want to not be able to do the swim because of lack of endurance but I'm aware that my form is really the most important thing. I can't seem to decide what to do. I do think I would like to start putting in some extra days at the pool doing drills though. I think that would really help.
All in all Im feeling pretty good about my general fitness. I feel like I've been eating well and taking rest when I need it. The only other things I'd like to work into my training routine is longer bike rides. (I also want to get a new bike. I need to get on that.) And I like to do some longer runs/speed workouts. Rebecca is very supportive and I'm really lucky to have her as a training partner and a friend.
